Our company manufactures dry-type current-limiting reactors type RTST RTOS. The reactor is a magnetic coil without steel wire with linear inductance.

The windings of the reactor are made of reactor wire with aluminum or copper conductor.

The windings of high-current reactors are made of several parallel wires. When laying parallel wires, transposition is used to provide the symmetrical arrangement of each wire in the magnetic field. For the vertical wire tie of the coil studs are used as well as the upper and lower channels. The reactors outputs are made of aluminum or copper bars welded to the reactor wire and also of contact bolts. Support insulators are base stands for windings installation.

P - reactor;

X - the type of reactor: C - dual reactor, no letters - single;

T - current-limiting reactor;

T - three-phase, G - single;

X - type of cooling: C - natural air, D - forced air;

X - The location of the phase: T - horizontal, V - angle (step), no letters - vertical alignment;

X - voltage class, kV;

X - rated inducted impedance at 50 Hz (for dual reactors it is the designation of the branch);

X - rated current, A;

XX - climatic modification and category of placement (V1, V2, V3, and T3) according to GOST 15150-69. Height above sea level is up to 1000 m. Type I or II of the atmosphere in accordance with GOST 15150-69. Safety requirements are in accordance with GOST 14794-79.

Technical characteristics

Main technical data of single reactors, manufactured by the company "Electrical Machines" is presented in Table 1, of dual ones - in Table 2.
